Oliver Township Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary presents $3,000 check for helmets



OLIVER TOWNSHIP — On Tuesday, May 8, the Oliver Township Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary presented a check for $3,000 for the purchase of 15 new helmets for the Oliver Township fireman. The money was raised from the auxiliary’s 1st annual Fire Department Casino trip in March. “We would like to send out a big thank you to all that contributed in making our first casino trip such a huge success,” said Auxiliary Vice President Tina Seley. “It is a honor to provide some equipment to this wonderful group of men that volunteer their time, day or night, to keeping our community safe.” In photo: (front row, l-r) Jamie Wolschlager, Chad Seley, Tina Seley, (back row, l-r) Colin Kuhn, Dan Armbruster, John Champagne, Linda English, Gary Champagne, Jane Scherret.
